Delivery of Products
The products are delivered by express courier, depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are:
- Romania: 1-3 working days from order confirmation.
- European Union: 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.
- Other countries: 5-14 working days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs formalities or other external factors. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout, after providing the delivery address. These depend on the destination country, the weight of the package, and the selected courier. For customers outside the European Union, costs may include customs duties or other additional fees imposed by local law, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively online by bank card or according to the options available at checkout. All payments are processed in RON (Romanian lei), and for international customers, prices are displayed in other currencies based on a predetermined exchange rate.
Product Quality and Complaints
As producers of handmade clothing items, we guarantee that all products comply with European Union standards (CE) and undergo quality checks before delivery.
In case of defects found upon delivery (e.g., damaged seams, non-compliant materials), please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details available on the site. We commit to replacing the defective product or providing an appropriate solution (e.g., repair, refund) within 2-5 working days of confirming the issue, provided the defect is not caused by improper use. Complaints about defective products must be accompanied by evidence (e.g., photos, detailed description).
For international customers: Return costs for defective products are covered by the seller, except in cases where the defect is caused by the customer or by customs formalities.
