Disclaimer

The operator makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site (prices, descriptions, images), but errors cannot be completely excluded. We do not assume responsibility for display or printing errors related to prices, features, or images. If a product or its specifications are displayed incorrectly and delivery has not yet been made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer as soon as possible.

Product images are for informational purposes only and may include accessories that are not part of the standard package. Delivered products may differ slightly from images due to design or specification adjustments made during production.

The maximum liability of the operator towards a customer, in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products upon receipt.

Right of Return and Delivery

EU customers: In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receipt, without needing to justify your decision. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Non-EU customers: The return policy may vary depending on local regulations. In the absence of specific provisions, we offer you the possibility to return products within 14 days of receipt, under the same conditions as EU customers. All associated return costs, including customs duties or other applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International delivery: Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Customers must provide correct and complete delivery information (address, contact details). The operator does not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs formalities or incorrect information provided by the customer.
